Paris, a city known for its love and light is now one of numbness and despair for Dian, an Indonesian woman who has been struck by the death of her child. She is not alone in this, yet, her displacement is more evident than ever.
In the midst of her banal grieving, Dian goes through a contemplation of the spiritual - not in the sense that is beyond her reach, but it as a grounding factor in helping her overcome her human heartache.
